Ride Description
Road ride from our Cascade Village Bike Shop location near the intersection of Cascade Rd and Thornapple River Dr. Ride departs from the store at 6pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Route and mileage can vary.
Parking at the Cascade store is very limited, so please park across the street at the church to avoid congestion for other customers in our store parking lot.

It looks like about 27 miles for the first ride. Copies of the route will be available for those who want to break off and do more miles or cut a few corners without getting lost. The weather looks promising so far!

We had a turn out of half a dozen for the first ride. Dave's route proved accurate at 27.2 miles and we held the average to 16mph without much trouble.
There were a few little sprints with the faster guys. Others of us hung back a bit and watched the fun. An older guy rang his bell and blew past us and ALMOST stole a sprint to the next "Stop Ahead" sign. John from the Cisco & Village team reeled him in just in time.
