- 100 mile fireroad loop in Victoria through the Sooke Hills and Watershed.
- Why I Ride:
- Favourite workout: long ride - 6 hours plus with some money in my pocket. The ground you cover as a cyclist on a long ride is incredible.

- Past: 10 Ironman Championships including 3 World Championships in Hawaii. Present: Trying to win the local Wednesday night Sorca rides in Squamish. I am learning how to ride the trails.
