I get in three or four rides a week, averaging 2 hours or more. Long rides on the weekend (for me) 3 – 4 hours, it pretty hilly here. This winter it has been raining a lot so I have been indoors, lifting weights doing Pilates / Yoga that sort of thing. Do you do any swimming or other cross training to stay fit in the non-summer?
