- Though I love the Wednesday night Papa John Ride put on by the PRC chicks, the TNWC ride in Des Moines has become my favorite. I get all hyped up before I start the ride. There are so many people (very few women) that it makes the ride exciting. And we go fast. I love going fast!

- To have fun, to get fit, and to kick some ass!

- I'm a newbie when it comes to cycling. I started in February to prepare for the Des Moines Hy-Vee Tri and I've been hooked ever since. I'm super stoked to be a part of Punk Rock Cycling, an all women's team based in DSM.
