- For fun. Mountain biker.... turning roadie. God forgive me, I own shoe covers now. And I commute 11km to work and sometimes 35km home on my fixie.
- About Me:
- I work in a bike shop and spend FAR TOO MUCH money on bike stuff, just ask my wife Karen. I try to ride every day but there's more to life than just bikes. I belong to the Makara Peak Supporters Club, whom maintain the trails, I subscribe to mtb mags, I enter events..... But I only really do this stuff to support the industry that is recreational cycling. I want to see more people doing it and enjoying it as much as I do.

Mike, Commute cup challenge didn't go quite as long as I hoped! I only made it 120 of the 400 miles i had hoped that week. I just couldn't get enough sleep and was sooo tired at work. However, it did make me want to do it more often! Sweet profile photo by the way!
