Favorite Ride:

We have so many rides here in Spokane, WA and the area. Can go to the Pacific Crest Trail to Mt. Spokane. We have local Beacon hill that eventually will be a new urban developement, save the trails wih BLM. Most fun is the Caribou ridge trail with the starter extension to the back side in Couerdalene, ID.

Why I Ride:

I ride cause It is a time to get away from work and stress, for down time and it is a time to sort life and think about what you want and where you've been and where you are going in the future.

About Me:

31 yo male works 40+ hour weeks and races Pro-XC. FInds time to play with almost 3 year old son and race and ride with wife, Pro-XC racer also. I work in rehab medicine, outpatient orthopedics as a physiotherapist. Lived in the same town for 25 years and love it here. Try to go rock climbing as much as possible and enjoy the snow, snowshoeing up and snowboard down in the Rockies and local Mt. Spokane. Spring is interesting training and this year 2 feet of snow made the cross bike my friend. Pulled through with maybe 12 hours on the trainer and Many with Tony et al for frigid cross bike rallies.
