I got involved because my wife signed us up for a Triathlon. Since I have begun riding again, I am really enjoying it. So I would have to say : Fun & Exercise

Really a golfer, runner and part-time fitness junkie, but my wife signed us up for a sprint Tri, so I bought a bike. I am told that I am going to enjoy it.
