About Me:

I've been a competitive athlete as long as I can remember (and that's a long, long time). I spent a lot of years swimming, playing tennis, running track, doing triathlons and rowing. I've been a member of numerous national teams in those sports. But a chance meeting with a group of gals wearing cycling jersey's with "7-11" plastered across the front put me in touch with my absolute passion: road racing. I rode with these gals for three years and retired from racing 22 years ago. I returned to road racing two years ago and after mentoring my fellow teamates this past year, I decided to form my own women's development team: Code 3 Racing. Because I'm a chronic overachiever, I also started a club team known as Code Three Women's Cycling. Oh and I'm a USAC Level II cycling coach as well. Like I said, chronic overachiever. I'm unbelievably excited about the club and race team and hopefully will cat up this year so I can start scaring the 3s.
