Hey Coach! Just getting used to this posting thing. It's a cool site and I intend to explore it more fully. I just got home from 24 Hr. Mtb National championships in Wisconsin. While I was not able to defend my Stars and Stripes jersey from last year, I did finish a solid 2nd place and felt way stronger and smoother than last season. All the cycling specific training you've had me doing this year is paying off. Now, I'm even more hungry for 24 Hr World champs in four weeks.
