The Langoliers

Hello everyone out there! So, I'm flying back to Eugene for a bit before I start my September marathon. I have an event in Columbia Missouri on the 8th and 9th so I'm flyinging out of the airport here in town. I take it back, out of town. This place is waaaay out there. I park the truck in what I think may be long term parking but this place is so small I don't think it matters, walk in, and no one is here. I mean it, not a soul. Apparently the ticket counter doesn't open until 2pm so I'm sitting here in a completely empty airport and I feel like the walls are closing in around me...I want my mommy. It's like that Stephen King book, The Langoliers.....you know, the one where these freaky little creatures are eating up time and the handful of poeple left in the world are stuck in an airport and that noise just keeps surrouding them until....here they come....the langoliers! With their razor teeth....okay, now I'm really scared. I'm hearing something off in the distance......
